Tell Us About A Recent Accomplishment In Your Business:

Adding 4 new fantastic TPB clients to kick off Q3. I'm so honored to work with so many fantastic small business owners.

What Advice Do You Have For Someone In The Beginning Stages Of Owning A Business?:

Hire your first team member before you think you need it (if you can afford to do so)!

How Did You Get Started?:

My second big-girl job in Boston after graduating from Merrimack College was with Barbara Lynch Collective as an accounting assistant. After almost 7 years there in a variety of roles, I fell in love with restaurant finance. I continued on to work in other corporate finance departments (biopharma marketing agency and a tech start-up), but I always felt the drawback to restaurants. I realized many independently owned restaurants did not have the means to employ a full-time “in-house” accounting department - but they desperately needed good bookkeeping practices, which is why I started TP Bookkeeping in 2018.

What Are Your Favorite Products Or Services That You Currently Sell?:

Our advisory packages are my current favorite. It gives us a chance to really dive in with the business owners and talk all things numbers -- where they are, where they should be, where they should go from a financial perspective.
